Thank you for shopping with Tiyana Jewels. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing time may extend by 1–2 extra days.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Express Shipping (optional): 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹40–₹80 (based on location & weight)
Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999 (you can change this number)
Express Shipping: Additional charges apply (₹120–₹180 approx.)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID, and
A link to track your order in real time.
You can also track your order from the “Track Order” section on our website (if enabled).
5. Packaging & Safety
All jewellery is packed in Tiyana Jewels premium boxes with bubble wrap for safety.
Fragile items are double-checked before dispatch.
6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.
In such cases, the courier will attempt delivery two times.
If still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply for sending it again.
7. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Local restrictions
Festivals or holidays
We will assist you in tracking the shipment if there is any delay.
8. International Shipping (Optional)
If you want to offer later:
Charges depend on destination, weight, and customs rules.
Delivery time: 10–20 business days.
Customs duties (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
