Tiyana Jewels — Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tiyana Jewels. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your jewellery — subject to the terms described below.
1. Return / Exchange Window
For returns due to manufacturing defects, damage in transit, wrong or incorrect items — you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind or “not satisfied” returns (unused jewellery) — return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges requested after these periods will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items / Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, receipts / invoice, and any certificates or authenticity documents.
The item must not be customised, engraved, resized, altered or personalised. Custom or personalised jewellery is non-returnable / non-exchangeable.
Items showing signs of wear and tear, damage due to misuse, tampering, or with missing parts/ stones will not be accepted.
Sale items, discounted items, or clearance-sale items may be non-returnable — specify explicitly if you wish to exclude those.
3. Return / Exchange Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [insert customer-care email] within the allowed return window, stating your order ID, reason for return (or defect), and attaching clear photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective).
Once approved, send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method—pack securely in the original packaging (do not use the original shipping package with stickers/labels on it).
On receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 10–14 business days.
4. Refund / Store Credit / Exchange Terms
For defective items, or if we shipped wrong items: you are entitled to a full refund (original payment method) or a free replacement/exchange, at your choice.
For change-of-mind returns: refunds will be issued as store credit (or store gift-card / voucher), not as cash refund.
If you choose exchange, the value of returned item (after deductions, if any) will be applied to the new purchase.
If the new item’s value is greater — you pay only the difference; if lesser — the balance will be kept as store credit.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customised / Engraved / Personalized jewellery
Resized or altered jewellery
Sale/discounted items (if applicable)
Items showing signs of wear/usage, damage due to misuse or alteration
Items missing tags, certificates, original box/packaging, or invoice
6. Shipping Charges & Return Shipping Cost
Shipping or courier charges incurred during purchase are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer — unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable courier service; we are not responsible for lost returns.
